Baceline has announced and now implemented its sustainability program, where it will be the first company in the country to bring an organized green effort to Main Street real estate ownership. In addition to its implementation company-wide, through its sustainability initiatives program, Baceline will education its vendors and tenants on sustainable practices and work towards making its portfolio of properties green. This is an exciting project for Baceline and is one that will not only help the world in which we live but increase operating efficiencies and values of the assets that it owns.

Baceline has competed its study of 48 markets in the middle of the country that boast sound infastructure, better than average income and job growth. These markets are prime for real estate investing as there is true value to be realized and not just speculative hopes of fortune. We are currently looking in Boise, Idaho, one of the top picks in this market study for opportunity. Other cities such as San Antonio Texas and Dayton Ohio are high on our list as we have properties under contract in these cities. Making an investment in the middle of the country can shield the investor from the wild swings of markets on the coasts.
